Physiotherapist, exercise and sports scientist
I have had a well-rounded education, completing a degree in Exercise and Sports Science at Deakin University in 2012 and a Doctorate of Physiotherapy in 2015 at Bond University where I graduated valedictorian with first class honours. Through my career, I have worked in a number of clinical areas in Queensland, Auckland and Melbourne’s CBD.
My approach is very client centred. I like to investigate the extrinsic and biomechanical factors that occur in all injuries to understand the big picture. My aim is for long term benefits, not quick fixes or short cuts. I also enjoy designing training programs with clients to assist in injury prevention, achieve personal goals and maximise performance.
Outside of work I am a sporting tragic. When I’m not slogging up and down the Yarra River, rowing, I am missing four-foot putts on the golf course or barracking for my beloved Demons at the MCG.
